We’re Open for Business – With Restrictions

Thank you so much for your patience and continued support. Our Viva Bella family feels so blessed by each one of our guests. We are excited to be back to work and look forward to seeing you. We can’t wait for times when we can shake your hand or hug you all again. However, things will look a little different so please take notice to some of our new salon protocols. 
 
♦ We will be working at 50% occupancy and by appointment only. We ask that you please call the front desk at (814) 237-8482 to check in before entering the salon as waiting areas have been temporarily eliminated. We ask that you do not bring along a buddy unless they are also receiving services. 
 
♦ If you are feeling sick, have been sick within the last two weeks or have been exposed to someone with COVID19, we ask that you please reschedule. We have the right to cancel your appointment if you show up unwell. Our staff is doing all we can to protect you, we ask that you please do the same. 
 
♦ We are conducting daily wellness checks upon entering. Contactless temperature readings will be done on all staff and guests. Sanitizer is provided upon arrival. We are wearing masks and require that you bring your own ear loop mask to your appointment. If you are receiving a color service, please consider bringing a disposable mask. Capes and towels are being changed in between each client. Shampoo bowls, chairs, stations, and tools are being disinfected between each client. High touch areas are being cleaned every 15-30 mins. Plexiglass has been installed at the front desk. 
 
♦ At this time, all magazines and beverages have been removed. Please feel free to bring you own drinks or snacks.
