We recommend you book your next appointment prior to leaving Viva Bella Salon.

This will ensure you have greater flexibility and more choices to better fit your busy schedule
while also maximizing the time spent with your stylist.

Walk-in Policy

Walk Ins are always welcome and gladly accommodated depending on availability.

We recognize your time is valuable and strongly suggest scheduling ahead to choose your time and avoid waiting.
As a regular client of the salon we encourage our guests to pre-book your next appointment upon checking out
(2 appointments ahead if you regularly get color services).

Pre-planning ensures the most choices and allows us to be the most accommodating to
your busy schedule while keeping us at peak efficiency.

Cancellation Policy

In order to achieve the maximum benefit from your appointment please arrive a few minutes
prior to your scheduled appointment time.

We reserve time in our day just for you, out of consideration to your stylist and to keep costs down
please observe our 24 hour cancellation policy. We know life is hectic and some things can’t be avoided.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of the need to cancel.
Charges may apply for services canceled with less notice.

This allows us to accommodate guests from our cancellation list in a timely manner/That
guest may be you at a point in time. Please have consideration for our time and the needs of others.
